Starting December | Casual | NDIS Supports
We’re seeking an experienced and reliable Support Worker to join our team and provide quality supports to a participant based in Glenfield, Sydney, starting in December.
This role is ideal for someone who is compassionate, confident, and enjoys making a positive impact in the lives of others.
About the role:
You’ll be providing one-on-one support to an NDIS participant, helping them build independence and achieve their daily goals. Supports may include community access, transport, and assistance with home and life skills.
What we’re looking for:
Minimum 2 years of experience in support work, or at least 6 months experience with a Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
Understanding of mental health conditions and/or complex behaviours is highly regarded
Must hold or be willing to obtain:
Current Police Check
Criminal Statutory Declaration
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working With Children Check (WWCC)
First Aid and CPR certificates
Comprehensive car insurance and a reliable vehicle
